About Rocket Café
Rocket Café is owned and run by Marie Chioda, whose family opened The Pizza Palace in the mid-80s, which served authentic Italian pizza and pasta to Gallup diners. After many successful years, the Rocket Café was opened in the same location as the original Pizza Palace in the mid-90s. In addition to serving Italian classics that folks have come to know and love from Marie Chioda’s family, the Colainni’s, Marie expanded the menu to offer Mexican and American dishes as well.
