Cocina De Dominquez is a family-owned and operated restaurant that was established 13 years ago. The restaurant currently has two locations: Gallup and Window Rock, AZ. You can either start your day with a quality breakfast that includes carne adovada, bacon, ham, sausage burritos, eggs, hash browns, and pancakes, or wrap your day up with a New Mexican dinner that includes options such as chimichanga, Navajo Tacos, Frito pie, fresh guacamole, and homemade salsa. Cocina De Dominquez also serves Italian entrees after 5:00 p.m.
Breakfast
The all-day breakfast menu includes a range of delicious food, including burritos, pancakes, omelets, and more. The breakfast burritos include bacon, ham, or sausage. You can also choose between a cheese omelet, a bacon omelet, a ham omelet, a sausage with cheese omelet, or an omelet smothered with red or green chili.
Additional breakfast items include biscuits and gravy, hash browns, tortilla and toast, red or green chili, hot cereal, or bacon, ham, or sausage. Children can also select a preferred breakfast, which includes a pancake meal, a mini breakfast burrito, a kid’s French toast, and a meal of one egg, potatoes, and two sausage links.
New Mexican Cuisine
If you have a hankering for some New Mexican food, Cocina De Dominquez is the place for you. Mexican dishes include fajitas, a carne adovada plate, Kegger’s stuffed sopapilla, Ching’s chimichanga, mini Kegger’s stuffed sopapilla, a Frito pie, a Navajo taco, huevos rancheros, mini Navajo taco, rellenos, Bernie’s smothered steak, carne asada, steak and enchiladas, and a fish taco.
Burritos are served with rice, beans, and red or green chili. You can choose between chicken, beef, carne adovada, bean, or a combination of beef and beans.
Italian entrees are served with soup or salad and garlic toast. Entrees include spaghetti with meatballs and lasagna.
